All athletes must provide a copy of their birth certificate and signed WCJR Participant Release form to [email protected] prior to check-in at the event.

Must be completed no later than July 20th at Noon CT

All horses entering the Lazy E Arena property will follow Oklahoma State Law. Currently the law requires horses entering the state of Oklahoma to have an official report of a negative EIA test (Coggins) dated within 12-months, and a Certificate of Veterinarian Inspection (health papers) dated within 30-days, prior to the date of entry. It is recommended that ALL horses are given an EHV 1 and 4 & Influenza vaccine.

All WCJR Qualifying rounds will be streamed live on NextGen Rodeo.

The event will be Streamed Live on Ridepass on PlutoTV on the following dates/times:

Friday, July 28 at 6 p.m. CT
Saturday, July 29 at 6 p.m. CT

Turn Outs

If at any time you need to turn out of the event, please email [email protected] immediately.
Turns Out after the Late Entry window deadline, they will forfeit all fees paid.

Hazers are not required to have a pass but are required to complete participant waiver

Helpers must be in dress code during competition time

WCRA Division Youth

WCRA Rodeo’s Youth Rodeo Arm hosts a minimum of four events per year and has paid out almost $1 million to youth athletes since 2021. Each season concludes at the World Championship Junior Rodeo.
