ARENA AND STALLING ADDRESS

Cowtown Coliseum:

PARTICIPANT RELEASE FORM

All athletes must complete a participant release form prior to competition. If an athlete is attending without their legal gradian, please complete the participant release form in advance here:

Government-issued photo ID or a copy of a birth certificate is required for age and athlete verification

ATHLETE CHECK-IN

All athletes must check-in prior to competing. Check-in will be from 7-10 a.m. and will be located in the Ball Room at the Springhill Suites by Marriott 2315 N Main St, Fort Worth, TX 76164

Limited parking at the hotel but it is a short walk from the arena

If you have not had your head shot taken before with WCRA, come to check-in wearing full dress code so we can take your head shot.

TURN OUTS

Turn Outs:
If at anytime you need to turn out of the event, please email [email protected] immediately or call Eva Chadwick: 602-672-8660. Please review the ground rules for the turn out policy.

LIVESTOCK DRAW, COMPETITION ORDER AND SPLITS:

· Cattle will be drawn two hours prior to the start of the competition.
· Order of events- PB, BB, TR, SW, SB, BAW, TD, GT, GBR, BR

TICKETS/ADMISSION

· Each athlete will receive ONE ticket for the athlete’s scheduled performance

PARKING

Parking at Cowtown Coliseum will be available in Lot 5 (Dirt Lot located next to Billy Bobs)

STALL AND RV RESERVATIONS

Stalls, RV’s, and Shavings will be available at www.openstalls.com

Stalls will be located in the Moncrief Building, as well as the stall office. Shavings will be available for purchase from both Open Stalls and Will Rogers Memorial Center. Stall office will be open daily from 9:00 am to 6:00 p.m.

Absolutely NO OUTSIDE SHAVINGS OR TYING HORSES OUT a penalty fine up to $500 may be assessed by Open Stalls.

Shavings request from Open Stalls after hours may not be fulfilled until next day, depending on time and availability.
